We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and professional background when you register as a referrer or company. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps) to improve the platform.
Your information is used to operate the Credora platform: matching referrers to open roles, computing CredScore™, processing referral payouts, and communicating with you about your account and candidates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share limited profile information (name, LinkedIn URL, CredScore™) with companies when you submit a referral on their behalf. Candidate information is shared only with the company they are referred to. We use Firebase (Google), Postmark, and Stripe as infrastructure providers — each bound by their own privacy policies.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting legal@credorahire.com. We retain anonymised analytics data for platform improvement. Referral records may be retained for up to 7 years for audit and compliance purposes.
We use PostHog for product analytics. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking is used. You can opt out of analytics at any time through your account settings.
